Why is there a commission fee of Ksh. 50 when paying for HELB? Why was the amount not there before? Does it mean every time I pay, some commission fee will be deducted yet am interested in paying HELB not you!

The router is showing the status as okay but The internet is very slow. Can't even load a speed test tab at times. Yet when I call 2222 It's taking over 10 without any response
