@Thorin Im not sure if there is an accurate comparison for versions of cs at the macro level (hit reg, movement)… csgo did feel good at the end, but I feel as if some people are just holding onto nostalgia that csgo was “peak”. When csgo was out… players were calling that game crap too
@gabefollower I imagine the roi in cases are probably going to be much better now. Reds/ Pinks/ Purples are all up as now there is a reason to have the “shitty” red. I think people just want to do tradeups… because they want a knife. Valve is making a killing in $$$ due to this update.
@Dawaizi@gabefollower I’m pretty sure the values for all the items in most cases went up. I think there is more of a reason now to open up a case… the returns I imagine are better than before.
@Siirkus@csfloatcom I feel like overtime it should balance out. People will eventually forget and the market will take on its new rules. It could very well be the case that there is only 20% more supply of knives across the board. Then probably less for knives that drop in rarer cases.
@csfloatcom Thank you for making this post. I would be curious to see a statistical breakdown of how many reds there are (quantity wise) less than $100 that can trade up to a knife. Then if possible a breakdown of quantity of tradable items for valuable knives/ gloves… and the drop % of $$$
@Thorin KQLYS ban always makes me think how many other t1 and t2 players were cheating online during that era… I feel like it’s one of those things players would keep to themselves… just how pro athletes wouldn’t tell their team they’re taking steroids.
@framesh1ft@Thorin It should already have been a given that there would be strict consequences for throwing matches. Its stealing. It’s illegal in every sport… why would counter stirke be any different.
@RLewisReports He just hasn’t been doing his job as a senator. He has been missing a lot of senate votes. He was elected to be a champion for the democrats… but quite the opposite has been happening.
@RLewisReports Whether they knew about the cancer or not… Biden did step down from the presidential race, an honorable thing. It’s true… there was no primary which led to not the best candidate running, but I don’t think that was the intention the entire time. Election was held, she lost.
@TheWarOwl Apperently CS:Legacy (another 1.6 remake) is set to launch on steam which makes me think there is something about the code base and assets used for classic offensive that made Valve uncomfortable oppose to just protecting their IP.
