With the end of the year quickly approaching, we know that work, school, and life in general can get stressful. Here are five tips to make sure you’re keeping a healthy mind as the year begins to close!
TRY A RELAXING ACTIVITY
There are several ways you can practice relaxation, such as meditation, breathing exercises, or listening to some relaxing music. There are several online resources that can help you kick back and relax, including relaxing playlists& guided meditations!

Saturday, June 26th, the 2nd annual Kick It For A Cause Tournament will take place at Woburn Memorial High School!
More details regarding sign ups, times, guidelines, etc will release in the coming weeks.
