@DellTechWorld
It’s been 10+ days of no support from @delltech customer service for an easy issues and told “we have escalated you to the team that can help” and nowhere. Worst customer service ever for redeem codes to purchased software. This is a last hail mary.

Huge car accident at exit 20 S. on Southern State Parkway. Multiple cars involved multiple lanes closed and lots of police and ambulances couldn’t grab a picture but at least three cars involved.
@OptimumHelp my services are knocked out because your team screwed up again. Now I am being told I have to wait 3+ days for services to be turned back on?
Can someone help please, I run a business and need to be online.
