@TDOB@rickgee14@PeterAlexander I guess it’s guilt for many, laziness or selfishness…half the nation can not be this unintelligent. But comments like these prove otherwise. I am sure I will be struck down for a typo. The weak do this and so do little kids.
@TDOB@rickgee14@PeterAlexander People did not think he had, “an agenda” or use their loving God or beliefs as a weapon against science simply because they were “scared”. This is a whole new breed of evil. What do you think scientists are getting out of informing the public of infectious diseases?
@TDOB@rickgee14@PeterAlexander People weren’t selfish or intimidated by the medical field warning about exposure to this deadly virus. They would have given their right arm for the vaccine that came too late for many. As I recall, a Dr. tried this vaccine on his own kids. He believed in “the greater good”.
@TDOB@rickgee14@PeterAlexander My dad was 6 years old when he shared an ice cream with his best friend and neighbor. She died from polio a couple days later. My dad was not allowed to go anywhere for a long time. He prayed a physically pushed polio germs away from his face every night.
@TDOB@rickgee14@PeterAlexander Yes, because she can give it to someone else who could show symptoms…or even die from it. But too many think, what’s in it for me? Ask people in their 80s who watched their best friends die or be severely handicapped from a thing called polio.
@autisticb4mmr@infamoushat@CDCgov They check the poop. Doesn’t get much more accurate than that. I know someone who does this for a living. I am also a teacher. Staff and students are getting reinfected again at high rates. We only have two and a half more days left of school. I got it for the first 1mnthago
@kathygriffin I saw one of the best shows of my life about 4 years ago. It takes so much for me to laugh out loud even when I think something is funny. It was YOUR show in St. Louis, MO. I was riveted the whole time. I have been on the cancer journey twice now. Hang in there💕
@AaronParnas They also came from a generation who saw their friends die or impaired physically for life from polio. The polio vaccine was the answer to their prayers. My dad describes being a tiny boy trying to push the germs away after his neighborhood friend died from polio.
@BioteachNg To think that wanting 2 more days off is about Christmas? Your reason for this grossly ignorant & hurtful statement has to be to secure your own relevance. I am already a coworker’s death down since Covid started & the protesting/heckling of staff & school board members? Sick.
@BeSafeEarth@CDCgov No, us teachers who are vaccinated are wearing them to prevent our littles who can’t get vaccinated. It’s all fun and games until someone’s baby gets sick like here in MO and it’s increasing.
@beaux11@CDCgov Kids will be wearing masks every school year. It’s a sad existence for us in grade school. No smiles, staying with the same kids all year despite behavior issues. We can no longer change seating charts to help a kid out…..these poor kids❤️
@slushey@CDCgov It is such weird terminology. As a fully vaccinated 3rd grade teach living in Missouri….sigh…..I most likely will have to be back with a mask because of my students. I have no windows…..We get hot……we are going backwards again….not forward because of antivaxers
