Radio company executive teams need to understand that they can’t just come up with a new marketing position catchphrase and think it’s going to win an audience if the product sucks.
Whatever they try to do, whatever they want to do or whatever ridiculous “reinvention” to fix (what they broke) won’t work if they don’t have people in place who know what to do in the first place!
