@LoseForRory@niteserpent@PushinP75126237@jamfh7@DixZucker85@EmoHobo Crop protection permits (commonly known as crop damage permits or agricultural depredation permits) apply almost exclusively to private land, though they can occasionally cover leased public land under very specific commercial conditions.
@niteserpent@PushinP75126237@jamfh7@DixZucker85@EmoHobo But my point is saying he was completely illegal because it wasnt gun season is my issue i keep seeing he did have a crop permit it became illegal when he shot after dark at a "doe".
@niteserpent@PushinP75126237@jamfh7@DixZucker85@EmoHobo It doesnt matter if you have a crop permit. If I have a crop permit on private land or agreed upon land by dnr I can legally hunt with a rifle over those crops no one is saying he didnt act recklessly by not triple checking what he shot at but the permit matters
@quiet_is_chaos@AnthraxProject@Hakureicist Your good bro like I said earlier its reckless either way I just think him having a permit and it being a gun is very important because alot of people dont understand hunting permits ya know
@DecayingLA@QHughesGhosts@TennesseeDG@Hakureicist Lmao thats wild tbh. I had a guy so up to some public land ease up in under my stand trying to argue that he had been scouting for weeks In the spot I chose and that he spent all this money on bait to bait deer I just looked down and said oh baiting deer on public land quick way
@DecayingLA@QHughesGhosts@TennesseeDG@Hakureicist Like im not saying let him off it was still reckless you are taught not to shoot if you cant tell what it is but at the same time to say she got shot with a bow or bla bla bla is wrong and to get the permit he had it was obviously private land of some kind.
