@stationmum101 In my stint as a trainee stock agent, I rekon the rough rule of thumb was 5t/deck for sheep? Goats would have to be similar surely? Never had much interest in the sheep so cant comment from too much experience but still use the 12t/deck for cattle as a guide
@LinkBrokering Coming down from Christchurch before heading back up the west side. I've thought Mt Cook and Twizel has been stunning, can only imagine how good Queenstown is going to be given what everyone says, loving seeing your feed and what's ahead of me ๐๐ป
Got a couple of others for specific machinery parts (eg. One for windrower, mower etc.) but this is the neatest + newest design for fencing stuff ๐๐ป

@brodenholland Yep its a hell of a product, added to by how easily its setup, in the 2 years I've had mine, I haven't heard of anyone getting rid of their service once they try it ๐๐ป
Be a game changer if they can get it direct to personal devices, only need to look at the no. going on utes etc.
12 months of convincing, finally got my parents to get on board with Elon. I'm pretty well always in the mid 200's so when I did a speedtest it looks like I was underselling it by some way! It's hard to comprehend the impact he'd have had across the world with it #Starlink#fast
@BarryGr66 Perhaps slightly misleading post, I'm not involved with the project but just thought such a brilliant effort required some recognition!
Agree with the quality of it outdoing all the other "big" stuff by a country mile
Not sure if other brands have one yet, but Ryobi has inverters for their 18V batteries, good way to get semi permanent 240v lighting to off grid locations; cattleyards, silos etc. Admittedly a little agricultural in its setup though #AgTwitter#Ryobi
@NDubuc We just use the black concreters plastic and it works well for us. Dont have it poking out the front of the bales, have it slightly tucked under for the edge bales, so that way if the front bales cop some rain, it runs off the bales into the dirt, not ontop the plastic
@Tedthekelpie I use "Keep Notes" which I'm pretty sure is a Google based app. I'm Android, and I know of iPhone users on the other end and they don't seem to have any dramas with it
@CorbinSchuster@BrettMcewan@RidgeClear They're one step ahead of you Corbin, my old man has a smaller model one with a conveyor! He can't speak highly enough of them
@Tom_Rymill Cant comment on the TruTest, but with cattle I've found the Gallagher trouble free and good to use, tough/strong construction too! Older guys I know who aren't too tech savvy have found it pretty easy to use as well.
@gumbyno1@AdamCoffeyNT@_shanmoho I'll agree with this, put some small carp in dad's troughs as a kid 15-16 years ago and they're still thriving today, never been fed once!
