@rtenews This is nuts on so many levels - €400 to retrofit a building - demolishing a 40yo building - the fact that all this nonsense can be tied directly to government policy - the taxpayer footing the bill for all this 🙄

@caulmick Nor to be confused with an individuals right to choose to advocate on behalf of unborn children, whose right to life they saw as a not totally irrelevant to a woman’s right to choose. That 33% long since lost that argument - and mostly moved on. Seems you can’t “choose” to also

@jasonomahony Entitled to ask - but at that margin (31 rather than 4 or 5) returning officer would also have been entitled to say no - or indeed just a recheck or limited recount - rather than full recount.
