Dear @coinbase / @CoinbaseSupport and @Binance please can you clarify if you will be distributing SGB to your customers , burning it , holding and deciding it later, or stealing it?

Exchanges have 4 options with SGB. 1) Distribute. 2) Burn. (Observable on chain) 3) Hold with a view to potentially distributing later. 4) Keep for themselves. We have asked them to clearly articulate their plans. Ask them for clarity.
