It's gone! Signal check says I last connected to it at 11:54pm, and just seconds later it switched to USC CDMA. None of my devices can see Sprint CDMA anymore.

As I've traveled through in the last year I have seen work being done to upgrade taps for 1.2ghz high split. But many customers have Docsis 3 modems still.

TDS is offering a free 1 gig upgrade in Central Oregon for all preexisting Residential and Business customers. It's not Docsis 3.1 with symmetrical speeds. That is likely coming in the near future. I'm happy to see that it's even offered at rural addresses outside of the cities.

This morning 9,000 people commuted outside of Sherwood, OR for work. Now, a $1 million ReConnect investment from @usdaRD will expand internet access for Sherwood, which means that soon those people won't have to choose between making a living and the community they live in.

Contractors for Verizon Wireless are working on a major upgrade to this hilltop site between Somersett and Verdi. Plans indicate it will be expanded from an existing 3-sector band 13 only site, to 4-sectors with all of Verizon’s sub-4 GHz spectrum holdings, plus CBRS.
