The power of our words is immense, and a simple "I'm sorry" can seem futile after the worst has been said. We must be mindful.

The biggest takeaway is that everything we say is for ourselves. Compliments make us feel good indirectly, and insults come from a place of misery. So, why let others' words hurt us if they come from their own pain?
