Every day we apologise for disappointing folks.

This has to change Urgently! It cannot be allowed to be ‘normalised’
On a professional level , the risk is becoming impossible to manage.
On a personal level , if my loved ones need an ambulance in a hurry, I worry one might not show up because they are waiting in A&E #NHS
