On a professional level , the risk is becoming impossible to manage.
On a personal level , if my loved ones need an ambulance in a hurry, I worry one might not show up because they are waiting in A&E #NHS
@g__j@OctopusEnergy Then you should have the staff to deal with them, it’s ridiculous causing elderly customers more anxiety and worry as their phone calls go unanswered
