My therapist told me something that really stuck:
People dealing with anxiety and depression don’t always remember much, not because nothing mattered, but because they were too focused on just making it through each moment. When you’re in survival mode, you’re not fully present… and when you’re not fully present, the memories don’t form the way they should.
And honestly, I felt that.
The best thing Keir Starmer has ever done (and probably will ever do) as PM is tell Donald Trump to fuck off and put Britain’s interests over America’s.
Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.
Sometimes it’s:
Constant brain fog.
Leaving laundry in the machine for 3 days.
Not remembering the last time you laughed.
Saying “I’m fine” and meaning “I’m drowning”..
Feeling exhausted from doing nothing.
Crying when no one’s around.
Wanting connection but isolating anyway.
This is what depression can really look like for many of us..
Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It's wanting friends, but hate socializing. It's wanting to be alone, but not wanting to be lonely. It's feeling everything at once then feeling paralyzingly numb.
@PeteHegseth@CENTCOM@POTUS Just curious, but do you put all classified material through AI to polish it or just tweets? And if the former, is that secure?
@ClarksonsFarm1 I like watching Clarkson, he’s entertaining, for the most part
He also sums up the collective brain fart of refidiots/brexidiots
I.e., they’d actually film themselves thumping a former head of the CPS and not only brag but share it 😂
Brexit makes much more sense now…
@Nigel_Farage I’d love to see the drivel you’d tweet before using AI to polish it …
‘Immigrants, Muslims, small boats, Trump’s arse tastes like candy’ polish this into a cogent tweet from the leader of a right wing political party in the UK (I think I’ll try this out on GPT first thing 😂)
@krassenstein@LeftRig57257476 He keeps threatening them with more strikes. They’ve already had everything thrown at them, they have nothing to lose
He’s so surrounded by sycophants he can’t imagine being backed into a corner. No one has ever let him face it. Mummy and daddy always solved his problems!
