@drlucymcbride @GregWiseman21 Just wish someone could clarify what you do when your husband is clinically extremely vulnerable and needs to stay covid free and you have two teenage children who need to go to school and whose mental health is suffering terribly. We seem to be the forgotten ones!

@Marshian7 @kentlivenews How can the vulnerable shield without a shielding order from the government? They have to go to work - what if they have children at school - you can’t shield from your own children! Really short sighted and slightly selfish response!

@JuliaHB1 How can you justify a 42 year man that generally loves a normal life but because he had a kidney transplant 15 years ago is now clinically vulnerable and having to shield away from his two teenage children - because they are forced to go to school and therefore massively exposed

@GMB My husband is clinically extremely vulnerable and has two teenage children exposed at secondary school - as a result he has been shielding from them as they bear too much risk - why would he not be top of priority list - he can’t got to work, can’t see his children?

@spencermorgan93 But what happens when the person with the pre existing condition is a parent who can’t shield as they need to take their children to school because they need an education. So no matter how careful they are they are exposed. You can’t stop being a parent forever!

@GMB my husband is in the vulnerable group and whilst he is getting a flu jab the advice is for myself and my two teenage children to also have to protect him. Our go surgery won’t help and I can’t find any where I can get my 12 and 14 year old vaccinated!

@British_Airways It stated that because you cancelled I was entitled to a full refund so I had two options on the website (which I used because the email told me to) and that was move my booking to Heathrow or cancel - I clicked cancel and automatically got sent a voucher. -how is that fair?

@British_Airways - I am appalled by your customer service today - you cancelled my flights and then suggested I manage my booking online to either re book or obtain a full refund - I clicked cancel and you automatically gave me vouchers. I don’t want vouchers I want cash criminal

@IcelandFoods due a delivery between 10-12 today - had email saying on its way and telling us what items were not available. Not sign at 2pm - on website it says order completed. No phone line so we can’t contact anyone. We are a vulnerable family and now we don’t have food?

@GMB #askhilary 2/2 at all - not seeing anyone, my husband is currently shut in his room and I am delivering meals etc but we are not effectively living together. Do we have to do this for 12 weeks?

@GMB #hilary 1/2 please can you talk about isolation for Vulnerable people. My husband had a kidney transplant 15 years ago and therefore takes immune suppressants. NHS guidance says he must isolate away from myself and the children. We are also isolating - we are not going out
