Nana Patekar once invited a film producer home, served him mutton, and then asked him to wash the dishes.

And the story gets even more interesting when you hear who revealed it.

He actually recalled the incident during an interview with The Lallantop.

According to Paresh Rawal, Nana invited the unnamed producer over and asked him whether he ate mutton.

After the producer finished his meal, Nana told him to clean the dishes himself.

Paresh burst into praise for Nana, calling him a one-of-a-kind person.

But that wasn’t the only thing Paresh revealed.

He also said Nana was among the first character actors to demand ���1 crore for a film, at a time when even leading heroes hesitated to ask for that amount.

And Nana got it.
