The Eliza Bleu situation is disturbing. Disappointed in all of the content creators who I’ve followed for years for mindlessly giving into the demands of a mob. It was naive of me to believe that independent media was any different than the corporate press.
@carynannharlos I agree with you 100% on this one. Accountability is empowering and evil is everywhere. I wish I read this all the way through before responding.
@carynannharlos It’s kind of a tough spot when the internet is demanding you “prove” that you were a “real” victim. Especially when you’re not doing anything to justify that type of scrutiny. Like defaming someone or pressing charges, etc. It’s just a lose/lose situation.

@ShaneCashman@elizableu Another great piece, my dude 👏🏿
The craziest thing to me about this story is how quickly and the "anti-establishment" turns into a mindless hivemind that becomes blinded to morality and truth just as quickly as the "establishment"
@Angrysicilian69@GraceSm16250397@elizableu I mean sharing those images on the same thread where Eliza is explaining why posting sexualized content of her is so harmful just seems cruel.
@ADormantState People continuously reposted that world star video after she publicly stated it was not consensual. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a crime. Especially if she can prove that it was in fact not consensual. Maybe we don’t have access to all the info yet.
@ADormantState Maybe in her case it is a crime. I’m not a legal expert. But taking sexually exploitative material off the Internet is her passion, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she knew more about the legal logistics of this than we do.
@ADormantState Again, different values. I feel wrong even seeing that knowing the actress regretted it. Legality and morality aren’t the same thing. I don’t have compassion for people who get censored for posting stuff like this, and then get banned for refusing to take it down.
@ADormantState We just have different values. Idk why anyone would want to post these images knowing that the actress regretted doing it. Humiliating her for what reason? Just because you can?
