Maxim took over the spin-off process in September. Confidential S-1 draft filed with SEC Octotber 16th.

Personally, I’m still looking for a decent gapper once record date will be released

The crypto mining spin-off (Dmint) was valued at $29M when $BTC was trading around mid $20ks. So now with BTC trading significantly higher, Dmint should be valued around $50M probably. & that doesn’t even include OLB value. Currently trading at $13M MC

Management mentioned early 2024 as target for the spin-off if I remeber correctly. Dmint alone could be worth well over $3 at the moment, and OLB itself is valued basically zero $ it seems. Maybe Maxim doing their thing and letting it go when ex div date is announced.

Spin-off plays have been quite powerful this year and this one is in a sector with decent exposure and momo. Just waiting for the filing regarding timeline. Probably gappy one day.
