The class action lawsuit that accused Stake of running an "illegal online casino" and allegedly using the funds to artificially inflate Drake's streaming numbers has reportedly been terminated by a federal judge.
The lawsuit, which was originally filed in Virginia in 2025 and targeted Drake, Stake, Adin Ross, Kick, and George Nguyen, reportedly never made it to the discovery process, with the court not validating any of the plaintiffs' allegations.
