- Same Skill and Burst upgrade materials amount is required to upgrade SR than to upgrade SSR. Heavy investment for underperforming characters. Better to invest on SSR.

@Pappa257 @osawarisinsi @NIKKE_japan SR is basically a useless character because:
- Maximum level is 160 when you get 2 copies of that character (2 stars).
- Unlike SSR Nikke, SR will not help to get beyond max level 160 cap (SSR max level is 200 with 3 stars).
-Stats, Skills and Burst are by far less powerful.

The further footage only makes this look worse.

It shows the victim of the attack who had already been arrested being escorted to the police car, with a female officer calling him a “dick”, before he's put into the police vehicle the wrong way.

From start to finish, the whole incident appears to have been handled poorly.

In my view, the police should stop doubling down, acknowledge that serious questions have been raised, apologise if mistakes were made, and carry out a full, transparent investigation into what went wrong.

Public confidence isn't restored by telling people not to share the footage. It's restored by showing accountability when policing appears to fall below the standard the public expects.

I'm just a Mexican player who recently started playing Nikke (right before "Cool World" event. Now Sync lv ~208).
I'm grateful and happy with everything.
Perhaps my only frame 3 ever.

Hasta la RAE dice que NO debe confundirse con Consejo (recomendación que se hace a alguien para su bien).
