🚨 BREAKING: The Finance Committee led by Kimani Kuria & other UDA MPs has officially rejected a crucial proposal by the Controller of Budget (CoB) to vet, track, and approve withdrawals from the new Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Let this sink in. The CoB’s entire constitutional job is to make sure your tax money isn't misused before it leaves the account. Yet, MPs just voted to block her from having written authorization over these billions.

Look at exactly what they said NO to:

❌ No Written Sign-offs: They rejected letting the CoB approve withdrawals.

❌ Bypassing the Main Account: They refused to route the revenue through the Consolidated Fund first.

❌ Avoiding Full PFM Act Oversight: They blocked the full application of standard public finance accountability laws.

By bypassing Article 228 of the Constitution, this decision turns a national wealth fund into an unaccountable black box.

If the intentions for these billions are pure and there’s nothing to hide, why lock out the COB?

This is a terrifying precedent. What is the real motive behind locking out the nation's top financial watchdog?

Note: This has not been passed by the full Parliament yet. This is the time to speak up strongly; we should push for the CoB to have a meaningful say so that this national fund doesn’t become an accountability black box.

I passed through a backroad behind PCEA Elchoro-Emuny along old Scheme 305, exited on Country Club Rd.

Redirecting the blood....

Have you noticed there are individuals who keep making the most senseless statements online and every time they do, Kenyans get extremely mad and throw all their energy into reacting, quote tweeting, mocking, and trying to bring them down, but strangely, no matter how much backlash they receive, they just keep posting even more and their platforms don’t shrink, they grow

What many people don’t realize is that this is not random or organic behaviour but a very deliberate psychological strategy that is often coordinated by intelligence circles, the goal is not to win an argument or to convince the public but to bait outrage and redirect energy, they study who can provoke Kenyans the fastest, who can trend by making the nation mad, and then they push those voices forward because they have learned that as long as people are angry at someone, they stop being angry at the system

This method is known as redirecting the blood, it means instead of pressure going to the head of the problem, which is Ruto, it is scattered and spilled across distractions, so you end up wasting hours debating with a bishop who made a tone-deaf statement, a washed-up celebrity defending power, or a fake opposition figure being ambiguous, and by the time the timeline cools down, Ruto has gained another day of silence, another breath of peace

This is how pressure on Ruto has been reduced, not through strength or leadership, but through psychological warfare, because today, when someone says the government is corrupt, there is no reaction, it feels like noise, but if you name names, if you point directly at Ruto, suddenly you feel the difference, you feel the resistance, the bots activate, the bloggers come alive, and the heat returns, which tells you who the real target was all along

So next time you feel provoked by a tweet or a clip that seems designed to annoy the entire country, pause and ask yourself, is this the fire or is it just smoke, because outrage is a resource and if you let the system keep scattering it, the very people you are angry about stay safe while the rest of us burn out

Do not be redirected, do not spill the blood sideways, pour it where it hurts the regime the most and that is not on comedians, influencers or fake bishops, it is on the centre of power, it is on Ruto and that is where it must stay

There is absolutely nothing commercial about protesting police killings and government-sponsored brutality. So currently in Spain and just came across Free Palestine protest. The police are present, clearing traffic for the protesters and guiding them. No teargas, batons or goons in sight. Cant even see guns. Why is this so hard for Kenyan police?
