What I don’t understand. is people have a problem with democratic socialism . but don’t have a problem with sending billions of dollars overseas for humanitarian aid or help another country defend themselves. Those are all tax payer dollars . why isn’t there a choice by the people where are tax dollars go ? Why can’t we choose to instead send our tax dollars overseas to help why can’t it go towards American families who need humanitarian aid ? Food , shelter,clothing, healthcare and education? We have the money it’s just going elsewhere. Free education and free healthcare is not far fetched we just need to redirect the money . And when it’s put that way democratic socialism doesn’t seem that bad it seems like common sense AMERICA FIRST!
