@zomato@dominos - I had ordered Pizza from Ambernath E location, The delivery was calledback, not sure why he called me on my WhatsApp. When spoke to him he abused me and said I will not be delivering the order since I didn’t answer the call. This is unacceptable 1/2

121 - Paying through Android and Delivery charges- 75(which is waived off using 125 Zeptocash)
161- Paying through IOS and Delivery charges- 30 (which is waived for Zepto members)

@ola_supports Still no reply, got a call from the rep and he was like i can help you in cancelling the booking. It’s not about cancelling the ride but about the narrative you guys promote as a Prime Plus rides.
@ola_supports - i booked a cab from Mulund to Ambernath E in prime plus. This driver was so adamant after knowing that I am going to Ambernath, he asked me to cancel the ride. I said i have booked in Prime Plus, i’m not gonna cancel
