OCCUPY INEC: IT IS TIME FOR NIGERIANS TO TAKE THEIR DESTINY
With less than 90 days to the elections, INEC has disregarded its own law, and Nigerians are silent or ignorant of this brazen act.
This APC INEC cannot be allowed to go rogue unchallenged. #OccupyINECNow
Today, I arrived at Abuja Airport from the United Kingdom at 5:30 a.m. and immediately connected to the 7 a.m. Enugu Air flight to Enugu to attend the funeral of late Ifeanyi Nwolie, who was laid to rest in his hometown of Afa, Udi Local Government Area, Enugu State.
Late Ifeanyi Nwolie was one of my supporters who participated in the recent NDC party political activity marred by violence on October 10, 2026. Tragically, he was shot. His death is a painful reminder of the devastating human cost of our nation’s current toxic political environment.
As we approach the 2027 general elections, I appeal to all candidates contesting at the federal, state, and local government levels to reject violence, ethnic division, and religious bigotry. Our campaigns and activities must be based on issues that will make our country better.
Democracy thrives when citizens can freely express their political choices and participate in the electoral process without fear. The process through which we attain public office is more important than the office itself.
My humble pledge to the mother is that God Almighty, whom it pleased to bring Ifeanyi home, has also given her another son in me to support her as Ifeanyi used to.
A country’s greatest strength lies in the rule of law. When the rule of law is undermined, the door is opened to disorder and anarchy. We must work together to rebuild and restore a Nigeria where human life is valued above political ambition, and where every citizen can exercise their democratic rights in peace and safety.

.@inecnigeria,
Section 19 of the electoral act mandates that the voters' register be available for public scrutiny at least 90 days before the election.
You are currently in violation of that law.
When are you going to make the voters' register publicly available?
Joash Amupitan,
ARE YOU A THIEF?
ARE YOU A THIEF?
ARE YOU A THIEF?
If not, WHY ARE YOU HIDING THE @inecnigeria VOTERS REGISTER?
I ask you again, Joash Amupitan:
ARE YOU A THIEF?
Regards,
Babatunde O. Gbadamosi
As far as I'm concerned, the Ebola is a smokescreen.
In 2024, I met someone from a foreign foundation funded by Epstein visitor Bill Gates through his foundation, Gates Foundation, which was researching into nutrition in Nigeria; basically how to fortify your seasoning cubes with 'extra nutrients', arguing that Nigerians are suffering from 'hidden hunger', as according to them, our food lacked nutrients. The result was a 'fortified' seasoning cube which the Government rejected.
When the report was given to Gates and his people, they said it wasn't a problem, that they will go in the direction of 'Policy' to legalize their product.
Ladies and gentlemen, the National Assembly has a bill to create a Nutritionist Registration Council with the following:
1. Threat to National Food Sovereignty: The Bill creates an expansive licensing and regulatory monopoly that surrenders vital aspects of Nigeria's food and nutrition systems to a single professional interest group, funded by international organizations, open to international standards (which includes, GMOs, ultraprocessing, non cultural, etc. etc), undermining national control.
2. Criminalizing Indigenous Knowledge: Sections 23, 27, and 28 criminalize the "practice of nutrition" with heavy fines and up to two years in prison.
Because the Bill leaves this term undefined, it threatens family food traditions, cultural diets, and community extension work.
I hope we know what this means. The Practice of Nutrition is not defined, yet, if you're not a BSc holder, you can't practice nutrition. It will be left to a court to decide if the practice of nutrition involves the local chef who doesn't have a BSc, or the local recipe passed down generations.
Nobody owns the right to determine nutrition. Nobody.
3. Usurping Existing Mandates: The proposed Council bypasses established regulatory authorities like the NUC, NBTE, NAFDAC, and SON by asserting unchecked control over educational curricula, institutional accreditation, and national food standards.
This means, the proposed council will determine the standard of nutrition, what is right or wrong, control the curriculum on nutrition; the entire body of knowledge on Nutrition, override the University educational structure,
4. Risk of External & Commercial Capture: Section 32 allows the Council to accept unrestricted foreign grants, endowments, and donations without local transparency safeguards.
Infact, during the public hearing, a Professor stood up in support of the bill saying, 'we don't even need Federal Government's money- we have foreign donors'.
Combined with a closed board dominated by a single professional association, this opens the door to external and industrial influence.
5. Exclusion of Indigenous Custodians: The composition of the Governing Board (Section 5) fails to include any seats for traditional knowledge holders, agroecological practitioners, or community-based food and nutrition advocates, concentrating power solely within a closed professional association and state officials.
I'll stop here first. The summary of this, is that Bill Gates and his ilk will legally determine what is good for you to eat.
Rebuilding Nigeria
Yesterday, Wednesday, 21 October, I arrived in London at 7 a.m. from Basel, Switzerland. It was one of my busiest days, filled with several engagements, including meetings with stakeholders in the UK.
I rounded off the day in the evening with a meeting organised by the COPDEM Chief and the NDC Director of Diaspora Affairs, bringing together other stakeholders in London.
All the meetings with British government officials and the Nigerian diaspora centred on our collective responsibility to rebuild Nigeria and free our country from the shackles of bad leadership, corruption, and the lack of accountability that continue to undermine our national development. These challenges have deprived millions of Nigerians of access to basic necessities, including quality healthcare, education, and decent employment.
Nigerians deserve a country where every life matters, where hard work is rewarded, and where every citizen has a fair opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or connections.
We must build a Nigeria where the child of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody. A country that works for everyone, not just a privileged few.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
Remember the Committee @DavidHundeyin wrote about last year July that had a food summit with 6 Bill Gates organizations, and Gates Foundation has #7?
I attended this Public Hearing and the details is enough to use Ebola has a distraction. Buckle up, I'll be back.

🇳🇬 KNOW YOUR ELECTORAL LAW | POST 5
📖 Electoral Act 2026, Section 2(b):
INEC is empowered to promote public understanding of sound democratic election processes.
Why it matters: Voters should understand how credible elections are conducted.
Are Nigerians sufficiently informed?
Ladies and gentlemen, the truth is gradually coming out.
INEC finally confessed that its staff deliberately caused the so-called technical glitch.
Mahmoud Yakubu will still serve his jail time later in his lifetime.
Breaking News; Rep. AbdusSamad Dasuki has once again raised the alarm over a fraudulent provision in the Electoral Act, which we believe poses a serious threat to the integrity of the 2027 elections.
As seen in the video, even the Speaker of the House, who is a member of President Bola Tinubu’s APC, appeared visibly unhappy with Dasuki raising the matter on the floor of the Assembly.
We therefore call on opposition leaders and all Nigerians to demand an explanation and insist that the National Assembly reject this attempt to undermine the people’s mandate.
Contrary to Joash Amupitan’s declaration; ELECTORAL LAW GIVES CANDIDATES THE RIGHT TO RECORD, MAKE A VIDEO OF FORM EC8A AND HAVE THEIR OWN SITUATION ROOM.
“We have eighteen candidates. They are free under the law to have their IReV,….situation room. They are free under the law to publicize, to report what INEC had officially under section twenty-five, because section twenty-five is a creation of an office, a distinction to be made between declaration of a winner and announcement of result.
Who now says that result that have been legally, officially announced by the presiding officer, that the party agent that are entitled to have that result cannot send it to their situation room? Who says that?”
— Mike Igini schools Joash Amupitan on electoral act.

📖 Electoral Act 2026, Section 62(9)
An election official who intentionally announces false election results faces a minimum of 10 years in prison without the option of a fine.
Electoral fraud is a criminal offence, not merely a political disagreement.
How can you block everybody that have called you out in the past, go into hiding while the calling out was going on
Then come back, gather the opps of everyone you have blocked and say you are revealing things 🤣🤣
Well, I hope the “neutrals” can stop preaching now
Thursday is gonna be lit on @Vawulence_Space
🇳🇬 KNOW YOUR ELECTORAL LAW
📖 Electoral Act 2026, Section 1(1)(a):
INEC is legally recognised as a corporate body with perpetual succession.
This means INEC continues to exist regardless of changes in its leadership.
