For the RC, the arm was tucked with no wrap so cannot be considered a tackle, was always illegal. Since it wasn't a tackle no migration about height comes into it. Direct head contract from illegal action = red.

@JamieBrysonCPNI 'imposing Irishness on unionist areas', How? Its a simple fact you cannot be an Ulsterman, without being an Irishman. Imposing Irishness on Irish Unionists? They are already Irish theres no Irishness to impose on them. You'd need to phrase it better?

@djhick @arleneseesit Ulster football final attracts avg 30,000. And do Ulster GAA not pay taxes to HMRC? They are part of an all Ireland Body, much like Ulster Rugby is part of the IRFU, both pay taxes to HMRC, so not sure how you work out the money goes south, anymore than it does at Ravenhill?

@ourweecountry Now it doesnt have to be built to UEFA requirements the price drops to £200m over half of which is already secured, inc £42m from the Irish goverment, the British goverment will not want to be outdone on a Stadium in their territory and will give the additional £100m.

@ourweecountry Casement will still be built with GB Goverment contribution, just NI as a whole lose out on the Euros. They have previously committed to part funding Casement, the statement said that the funding will not be in time for the Euros and will appropriate way forward for Casement Park

@TeamUnion_UK You know the British government hasn't said it will not pay a share for the Casement, just that it cannot in time to host matches at EURO 2028.' Now that it doesn't have to be built to UEFA requirements the est cost is £200m over half of which is already secured.

@Pat1975Watty You are aware the Ulster GAA pays tax to HMRC, same way Ulster Rugby is in an All Ireland body (IRFU) but is governed by UK Tax laws and pays into HMRC. What you do think about if NI get an automatic qualification spot and NI fans now have to travel to Dublin for home games?

@PhilipIngMBE @jjsalmo @moneillsf And what about the £350m for the totally unnecessary Grand Central Station? Money was found for this from the finitive pot, when it could have gone into the NHS etc, or actually having a train service west of the Bann, but not a word from anyone?

Was it reckless - yes was it dangerous - most definitely, reckless and dangerous head conact make it red card offence. Though I agree that player lifted the weight of that leg as soon as realised.

@rugby365com Last two rounds 12 and 13 which finished 28th Jan, so before this tweet, none of the SA sides had a home game? Guess this is 11 and 12 which included New Year derbies? Which imbalances it a bit.

@URCOfficial I doubt you included BBC NI viewing figures in this. Its just not believeable that Connacht has more TV viewers than arguably the best supported team in the league, Ulster. Ulster could well be top, certainly top 3, but not in your top 5, I guess you have made a error somewhere.

@andymcgeady @URCOfficial Just looking at this the URC concluded that the tackle was reckless, which means mitigation can be applied (it cannot be applied for highly reckless) so how did they not use the same mitigation as the referee (as the player did suddenly drop and was on his knee)?
