@TicketmasterCS you need to aware that there is a scam TM account replying to people with issues and scamming them - they have called me three times already since I posted my problems with your site. Not only are people unable to get tickets now they are getting scammed as well

@TicketMHQ_ James I think you are fighting a loosing battle, there are so many examples of people with similar issues - now tickets genuine fans could not buy are being sold for three times the face value. I guess as long as TM get them sold, your bosses don't really care.

@TicketmasterUK has probably the worst customer experience of any company on the web. All kinds off issues preventing you from buying tickets. only then to see the very same tickets being sold for 3-5 times the price on other sites.
