Amaravati rises with dignity, carrying the hopes of millions

This is not just another day in our legislative history, this is a moment of restoration. With the Amaravati Bill now passed in both Houses of Parliament, justice has finally been delivered to the people of Andhra Pradesh. Amaravati stands firmly established as the sole and permanent capital of our state. This victory belongs to every citizen who stood with unwavering faith in the NDA government.

On this moment of people’s victory, I pay my heartfelt tributes to Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu, whose sacrifice laid the foundation not only for our state’s identity but also for the formation of linguistic states in India. His life reminds us that great causes demand courage and conviction.

The soul of Amaravati lies in the sacrifice of its farmers. Over 33,000 acres of land were given not out of compulsion, but out of trust, trust in a vision, trust in a future. That trust has been honored today.

I extend my sincere thanks to Hon’ble CM Sri @ncbn garu, for his clarity of vision and relentless pursuit of Amaravati’s development. I also express my gratitude to Hon’ble PM Sri @narendramodi Ji, and the NDA government for standing by Andhra Pradesh at every crucial juncture. I thank all political leaders and parties who supported this bill in Parliament.

For years, Amaravati was pushed into uncertainty. Policies shifted, farmers were left betrayed, and aspirations were put on hold. Yet, the people did not give up. Their mandate has now found its voice in action.

This is not just the revival of a capital, it is the restoration of self-respect. A capital built on sacrifice, strengthened by resolve, and driven by the dreams of millions.

From this moment forward, Amaravati will stand as a symbol of stability and progress, a people’s capital, and a bridge to the future for generations to come.
