@theFrostmind @Mo_Moe_Mo_ @OrwellNGoode My teenage son works at Subway and theirs functions like this. They make hourly but get a small percentage of what they sell. On a slow day it may be another $.50/hr and on a busy day as much as $3/hr. I think this is unique to these particular owners though.
