@HewittLiz251179 @StaffsPolice Over the years I’ve made myself ill due to impending JRFT nerves 🙈 despite never failing. Start of this year decided to take control: weekly exercise programme with check-ins with a PT and practice bleep tests as fitness ⬆️ in order to ⬇️ anxiety. 💪🏻

A great shift, with a full Sprinter (9 officers) dealing with a range of incidents, but mainly supporting Pride 🏳️‍🌈.
