@ToniAlexR I accepted an ACCS post in Severn. I contacted the deanery about LTFT, category 3 (lifestyle choice) the following day and was told you can only make this application in March & Sep. So it will not be an option for me until the second placement. Update if you find different

ONLY 42.6% of doctors completing their 2nd year out of medical continue in the NHS (was 71.3% in 2011)

Some reasons:
- Low morale

The simple fact is having been born in 1923 and not being part of the 1% I wouldn't have survived my recent bout of pneumonia without public healthcare. When you must put your life into the hands of corporations, you won't survive unless you are rich enough to afford it. #NHS
