Over the past 5 yrs, AZ municipalities have seen 32% budget growth, fueled by $7B+ in excess revenue. That number is projected to hit $11B by 2028!

I hate this news. Mark was brilliant, funny, intense. He loved Susan and was devoted to his girls. In 2014 debate prep I insisted he make no Grateful Dead references during the debate. He made no promises. Working with him was like trying to restrain a tornado. It was amazing.
