Girlfriend left me, feel like I'm to hard to love. Like I'm just too much, haven't eaten since Saturday want to go off my meds and hope I go manic can't take this hurt right now so many losses this year #depression #bipolar

My ptsd went full panic over the smell of bleach. Put me right back in the hole of despair and triggered a manic episode. My living room is super clean though so there's that.

@bpdbellend I'm sorry to hear that some strains, mainly diesel always spiked my anxiety. I stick with indica, or indica dominant hybrids helps a ton.

@bpdbellend I smoke for chronic pain, and anxiety I dunno what I would do with out it hahah. Cheers to you for quitting, not having your daily dose of fuckitall would drive me bonkers. Work is so much better after a quick smoke lol
