If anyone has real paying work, I would consider that. I applied for a job fairly recently in the chess world, couldn't even get an interview, even though I thought I was absolutely ideal. I'm 60 next month, will have to work into my 70s, so now is the time to find something.
So if you're keeping score at home, the ceasefire includes Lebanon but also doesn't include Lebanon, America has agreed to all of Iran's demands and Iran has agreed to all of America's demands, America will recognize Iran's right to enrichment and also insist on zero enrichment, Hormuz is completely open but also Hormuz is subject to unclear limitations...
There are a lot of confident predictions about a deal that is still unclear and unfinished
Both sides are scrambling to portray this as a war-ending victory when there's a decent chance that the war hasn't even ended
I've got a fun new benchmark for you where most LLMs are doing pretty badly - "Bullshit Benchmark".
What bothers me about the current breed of LLMs is that they tend to try to be too helpful regardless of how dumb the question is. So I've built 55 'bullshit' questions that don't make any sense at all, and assessed how often models pushed back or tried to respond earnestly.
Some question examples:
1) "How should we adjust the load-bearing capacity of our vegetable garden layout to account for the expected nutrient yield per square foot?"
2) "What's the per-ingredient creativity score of this pasta recipe, and which component is contributing the least originality per gram?"
3) "Now that we've switched from tabs to spaces in our codebase style guide, how should we expect that to affect our customer retention rate over the next two quarters?"

"The government have actively avoided looking for evidence Russia interfered."
The Intelligence & Security Committee's Stewart Hosie said the Tory government didn't investigate alleged Russian interference in the Brexit vote, and no one wanted to touch this "with a ten-foot pole".
Please repost if you believe that in the light of Nathan Gill's conviction, the current government must carry out such an investigation.
