Absolutely. Only fools will interpret this as virus eradication programme. Some fools might have done it, not at all surprising considering the literacy level and the level of superstition. But the government asked to do it on a day to appreciate health care workers. These guys are familiar with only beating the doctors as the method of appreciation.
