Hello @TwitchSupport I stream on twitch as @kitlee01 and wanted to reach out about getting a human review of an indefinite suspension placed on my account for “fraud” about 2 weeks ago. I have been streaming for almost a full year and put a lot of hard work into building my community and would never support or participate in anything to break Twitch TOS intentionally. It said in the detail of the suspension that it was purchase, either from stolen card info but I use my own personal debit card on the account, something to do with prime subs but I am connected to my families prime account, or view bots but I have never botted anything as my average before the ban was around 5/6. I believe this ban has been a misunderstanding and hope to get it resolved so I can return to working on my passion. Thank you, Kitlee01
