As if "woke" musicians are cancelling gigs coz they're crying over election results. Some of us are blacklisted and clawing for a chance to get back on the road, meanwhile these divas toss away opportunities like they're nothing. I've toured so hard I missed everything from birthdays to funerals. I've played through sickness and soul crushing depression, but the only time I ever cancelled was 1. when I had tonsillitis and collapsed during soundcheck and 2. when I was assaulted and didn't fly coz I was concussed. Being a musician is a privilege. Fans spend their money, travel, book hotels to see you perform, and what do they get? A bunch of pampered self-righteous clowns who crumble the moment the world doesn't go their way. You signed up for this life so if you can't handle the pressure, go get a real job in some overpriced vegan cafe where your tantrums are appreciated. Do us all a favour and clear the stage for those of us who still remember what it means to respect the craft and understand the sanctity of music over self-serving virtue signalling. What a bunch of goddamn snowflakes
