As an infant, the OG canon Kitana was sent 2b trained alongside other children w/o privilege whatsoever. Naturally, she was a prodigy & worked the hardest, so she excelled at the art of war like no1 else in Outworld. Shao Kahn saw himself in her & adopted her as his own daughter.

this is going to sound stupid, but why didn’t shao kahn just kill kitana here. hamilton’s rule and infanticide…raising offspring with unrelated genetics. yk what, i’m thinking about this too hard through a biology perspective and not a suspension of disbelief perspective.

Those games are the reason ppl r mad at the idea of Kitana defeating Shao Kahn.

👍 Kitana's rise as a cunning politician and an artful machinator who double-crosses MK's top schemers and orchestrates their demise. That btw is her canon accurate trait.
