@NianticHelp I encountered a Shiny Camerupt from a Mega Raid, but it could not be caught at all. Shiny Pokémon from raids are supposed to be a guaranteed catch. I restarted my game, but the raid was gone, and I lost the Shiny Camerupt.

@NianticHelp I just updated Pokémon GO on my Samsung A53, and after the update, I cannot login at all. The app says failed to authenticate, even after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I do not have an alternative login method at all.

@NianticHelp Can you increase the spawn rate of Pokemon from an incense to 1 Pokemon every minute while standing still instead of every 3 minutes while walking? Not everyone can go outside playing Pokemon Go at this time. Especially with the heat outdoors and the pandemic.

@NianticHelp Whenever I finish a raid, the game froze and the raid never did the shrinking animation. I would have to restart the app to get the chance to catch the raid boss. This happened multiple times, even on one day. This is more of a server issue, not a phone issue.
