This morning we welcomed back passengers from Dubai at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, safely reconnecting families and supporting travellers affected by the recent disruptions in the region.
The repatriation service was operated following guidance from UAE authorities allowing limited operations at Dubai International Airport, enabling citizens and residents to return home safely.
A huge appreciation to our dedicated flight crew, operations, and ground teams in both Nairobi and Dubai whose professionalism, planning, and coordination made this mission possible. Their commitment ensured the flight was conducted safely and efficiently under challenging circumstances.
At Kenya Airways, the safety of our crew and customers remains our highest priority. We continue to work closely with the relevant authorities to support affected passengers and will keep our customers informed of any further updates.

@Giftpesa_Ke tried redeeming for my voucher yesterday at Naivas… didn’t work. Your customer care team doesn’t pick calls. What really is the point if your services don’t work? @kenyanconsumer@Cofek_Kenya
@phoebenwr@vid70555@Giftpesa_Ke Same here. Been embarrassment 3 times with this gift pesa thing. Then their customer care had the audacity to say they will refund in 72 hrs. Stil waiting for the 72hrs since August.
@vid70555@Giftpesa_Ke Didn’t work for me. They asked me to pay via Mpesa they will refund, they never did and stil deducted the amount. Been following up since August, no response
