Call for participation has ended and we are now 17 teams doing the same experiment on Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement to identify re-occurring effects on plankton communities. At least one team from EACH continent 🗺️ 🌐🤝

5)Overall, the distribution of N2 fixation rates could not be directly associated with phosphorus concentrations and their relationship with iron availability seems to be much more complex than linear.
4)Detectable rates were distributed in the euphotic zone above and within the coastal OMZ suggesting a potentially significant biogeochemical role on the regional inventory if this spatial colocation triggers positive feedbacks between N2 fixation and nitrogen loss.
