Perth is gumboots and hoodies at the beach in winter. The sky is always blue here. I don't realise how blue it truly is until we go someplace else. Surreal blue!

Doors. Sometimes it's hard waiting for the right ones to open. But I'm trusting that the right door will open at the right time. If it's this pretty, then that's good too.

I always dream of forests.
Perth, where I live now, has a lot of beaches.
This is nice, but. Forests. (Except for all the things in them that can kill you of course) (I'm aware I've just ruined a nice pic of a forest but honestly lets be realistic or move to NZ.)

Two Things.
1. I am 100% ok with the book/movie crossover phenomenon. In fact, I am here for it. The more stories out in the world the better!
2. My kids are deep into Studio Ghibli territory, I am here for this also. (My Neighbour Totoro is the best don't @ me.)
