@EE I’m disappointed! I’ve been round the houses with upgrades/customer service but tell me why you state ‘30% loyalty discount on all plans’ on the upgrade page to NOT have a discount at all unless I call and it’s 10%? My complaint has been closed with no call. Should I leave?
