My steak is medium rare.
My burger is fully cooked.

Whole muscle meat doesn’t have bacteria inside, just on the outside and it’s neutralized when it’s cooked.

Ground beef has lots of opportunities for bacteria to be introduced as it’s touched all over so when you don’t cook it fully, there’s a good chance you can get sick from it since you’re not killing it all in the middle unless you cook it fully.

Everyone needs a doorbell camera.

FedEx driver steps over caution tape, walks through wet blacktop sealant and leaves footprints on front porch/welcome mat.

The driver is a nice guy, but really wasn’t paying attention.

FedEx is going to get back to me with a reimbursement process.

I didn’t post this to dump on the driver. They have a lot on their minds and mistakes happen. This is more about the importance of having cameras around your house.

I’m sure the fine print gives them an out, but that’s just crap.

@girdley I don’t think it will matter enough. It’s not a car with a smooth ride but the acceleration is amazing. It’s a perfect commute vehicle for my family.
