He previously served as the Head of Cancer Pharmacy Services and Head of Finance and Administration at the Uganda Cancer Institute.

In November 2012, with an initial investment of $50,000, he transitioned into the private sector and founded Guardian Health, a pharmacy chain. Since then, the company has grown significantly, becoming the largest and only pharmacy chain with a national presence in Uganda, now valued at over $12 million. Natif has since exited the company.

Consequently, only a handful of legal enterprises and practitioners have embarked on the transformation journey.

Unfortunately, these pioneers often work in silos, making collaboration, partnerships, and synergies for scale and greater impact difficult to achieve.
