@plowzapp not reliable! I requested a service and was confirmed and payed. The provider did not show yesterday - appointed day- or today. I had to message all day for updates and there were none until after 6pm. They require payment up front. Will never use this service again
@lululemon I am having trouble getting a customer support person to help me. I have called, emailed and done live chat. I received the incorrect item and the live chat person says I need to dispute with my bank because it’s past 30 days. This is ridiculous.
@ATTBusinessCare I am going to continue posting on social media until I get some help. Your lack of customer support is appalling. I’m simply trying to get my nephews phone ported, as his dad, account holder, died.

@ATTBusinessCare I am very frustrated with ATT. My brother died 10/13/2021 and has a business account. His son’s phone is on the account. We are trying to port his son’s number to another service (with his mom). I am not having any luck.
@ATTBusinessCare I am about to lose my shit. I have never had worse customer support than this. I have been to two ATT stores. They told me call the 800 business line. I called that now and she told me to go to the store. And then she hung up on me. I direct messaged you but have not been called.

@AdobeCare I have been trying to cancel my deceased brother’s account. It is a recurring charge being billed to my mom’s credit card. We do not have - and cannot get- the account info and password, so I can’t cancel online. Could someone please contact me re this?
@ATT you are an awful company. Canceled service and charged for the better part of a month with no service. Was told I should have gone on website to look up cancellation/pro rate policy. Very shady and in professional.
