I booked a room at Hotel Alpine for a stay on Sunday, 23rd March 2026 through @goibibo @GoibiboSupport. Unfortunately, while booking, I missed checking the policy which clearly mentioned that local IDs are not allowed.

When I reached the hotel, they denied check-in due to this policy, the hotel staff asked me to contact Goibibo customer support for cancellation and refund processing. I request you to please look into this matter and help me with the cancellation and refund for my booking.
