$NUKK Was brought down to EM again due to Q2 not being filed yet. In speaking to the company they are in the process of getting this Q2 done and IMO this will get sorted out soon.

$NUKK I strongly believe this is a mistake as the company just filed their 10K reports. In any way this should not affect the upcoming Merger as the surviving company AFTER merger completion will be $BRLI and $NUKK will be anyhow closed down.
