@OregonWild@RonWyden Thank you for your efforts to protect our public lands, and for listening to all voices. It's a shame to see such hateful messages in response.
Setting aside internet trolls, be assured you have lots of support!
@BrendaMallory46@POTUS@pattiegonia Fantastic! Let's protect those mature AND old-growth forests!
The Forest Service's logging proposals here in Eastern Oregon are out of control!
Thankful this Earth Day for powerhouse advocates like Oregon's own iconic Pattie Gonia who work day in and day out to create grassroots change and demand climate action from their elected officials.
"The government may store carbon dioxide under the nation's forests"
This is EXACTLY what forests do when the @forestservice doesn't cut them down.
And they do it for free!

@George_Plaven ...and nothing delays good projects more than tacking on logging big trees and violating environmental laws. Here's to hoping this allows us to refocus on legitimate common ground and get important work done
Ahead of Earth Day it’s great to see @forestservice & @USDA announce actions to better manage our nation’s forests. This is an important step forward that recognizes the importance of natural climate solutions like protecting old-growth forest stands.

Thank you @SecDebHaaland@BLMNational and @Interior for taking this first important step towards a new, strong conservation rule. Please ensure our mature and old-growth #ClimateForests remain standing to fight #ClimateChange for future generations. https://t.co/6KFM0tTtCE
BREAKING NEWS: Wolverine spotted near Portland, OR for the first time in over 30 years!
Wolverines are threatened in Oregon and the few in Oregon are usually only spotted in the Wallowa Mountains, so the fact one was spotted so far west is a huge deal.

Hey, is that a wolverine…again? The bushy tail, blackish brown coat and pale brown stripe along its side certainly look wolverine-like! A second sighting of the wolverine was reported in Damascus, Oregon on Wednesday after an initial sighting along the Columbia River on Monday.
