⚡️ BREAKING: Iran’s FM Abbas Araghchi rejected Trump’s State of the Union claim that Tehran is developing missiles capable of reaching the U.S., saying the president, who has long railed against fake news, is now “himself the victim of fake news.”

Araghchi said Iran has “limited the range of our missiles below 2,000 kilometers” and also has “no intention” of building nuclear weapons.

He said decades of hostility between US and Iran stem from Washington being “fed with misinformation campaigns, mostly by Israeli lobbyists,” and stressed the only way forward is “to talk with the Iranian people with the language of respect.”

A “fair, balanced and equitable deal is achievable” in Geneva, he said, and stressed Iran will not give up its “right for peaceful use of nuclear technology.”
