What a quote from Wemby to end his media availability:
"I can go through hurdles that I didn't know those hurdles could get so high. It's just pushing through, I found resources inside of me, relentlessness. I already knew that, but doing it at this level, I mean, this is the best basketball on the planet that's being played right now... and the crazy thing is, maybe I'm crazy, but I want to do that 15-20 more times. Let's hope it doesn't become an addiction... maybe it already is."
After 8 years, I think it’s time to move on from the “slidecancel,” era of cod. Nearly every gunfight up-close feels the same. Keep dolphin diving while also making sure mantling, sprint to fire, and ADS speeds all remain quick and snappy.
After 3 weeks now, I genuinely really enjoy this mode. Still some small changes that need to be made and I hope they don’t just end up ignoring them. First time since CW Warzone that I’ve actually had fun playing big map.
After playing the last few days, I personally find Blackout 2.0 significantly more fun than regular Warzone. Super happy with the mode and actually having that “fun” factor back after a few years. Of course there are some small changes needed, but great foundation.
Modern Warfare 2019 was the perfect storm in a lot of ways. Its a horrible multiplayer, but it still got over bc:
- A global pandemic had everyone stuck at home
- Warzone was free (unlike Blackout) and it piggybacked off Fortnite hype
- It was the first "Modern Warfare" game in 8 years
- The game was literally made for bad players, from the top down, which boosted a lot of egos
Nostalgia aside, its one of the worst COD multiplayers ever and it set the franchise back for years, and we're still recovering from it

How are we already complaining about a mode, 12 hours in, that’s supposed to offer a new experience. At least give yourself some time to adjust and LEARN how it plays.
Instant gratification has made so many people insufferable when it comes to any changes.
After reading all this, you can tell they put a lot of thought into making this as close to OG Blackout as they could.
Extremely excited, hoping it plays well. 🙏🏻🤞

Internet hivemind has decided hating on BO7 is the new trend.
🫡 to all the positive changes we finally got after 6 years being taken out next year bc of it
Treyarch gave us Black Ops 7 with:
limited SBMM, good maps, great camos, no manual doors, specialist bonus, removed tac-sprint by default. Probably the best multiplayer experience in years.
Average smoothbrain casual:
“This game is ass because of the AI generated calling cards😡”
